The following is a list of published material discussing legal issues arising from alcohol misuse in a variety of subject areas.
Alcohol & the family: a lawyer's perspective New Law Journal, May and June 1995. Based on a presentation at the Institute of Alcohol Studies in March 1995. So much has changed since then that much of this paper is mainly of historical interest.
